| Option | Approximate time | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Canada Line to Bridgeport Station | About 7 minutes | A short covered walkway connects Bridgeport to the resort. |
| By car or taxi | About 10 minutes | Self-parking in the West lot is free. |

No. 2By Canada Line
For most travellers, the Canada Line is the simplest choice. You board at the airport and ride to Bridgeport Station, which the resort describes as about 7 minutes away.
At Bridgeport, a covered walkway leads to the resort. A recent visitor report mentions stairs, escalators and an elevator along the route. If you have heavy luggage or use a mobility aid, you may wish to look for the elevator.
You can find more about the station, the walkway and the parking areas on the Canada Line and parking page.
No. 3By car or taxi
The resort gives the drive from the airport as about 10 minutes. The address is 8811 River Road, Richmond, B.C. V6X 3P8.
If you are collecting a rental car or being dropped off, these points from the hotel's policy page may help:
- Self-parking in the West lot is free. The entrance is off River Road, on the west side, about a five-minute walk from the hotel entrance.
- Overnight valet is $33.00 per night.
- Over-height vehicles can self-park in the East Parkade for $25.00 per night. Please see the door person first.
- Dedicated EV parking is available through valet, and a surcharge may apply.
The desk has no taxi fares to share. You may wish to ask about the fare at the airport taxi stand before you set off. The current parking details are on the resort's stay page.
No. 4Arriving late
The casino floor is open 24 hours a day, so a late flight does not mean a closed door. If you are staying overnight, the hotel publishes its own check-in times. Details are on the Staying at River Rock page.
Canada Line service does not run all night. A NightBus route is reported to link the airport and Bridgeport, but the desk could not confirm it from TransLink. You may wish to check TransLink's schedule before you land, or plan to take a car if you arrive in the small hours.
No. 5Before you go in
Gaming areas in British Columbia are for adults aged 19 and over. Every visitor to a B.C. casino must show a physical, government-issued photo ID at the entrance. A Canadian or international passport is accepted, which suits travellers coming straight from a flight. The full list is on the Casinos BC ID page.
After a long journey, you may prefer to keep your first visit short. If gambling ever stops feeling like entertainment, Gambling Support BC is free and available 24/7 at 1-888-795-6111.
